The Director of Theology and Development Dr Clint Le Bruyns and Community Engagement leader Rev Sithembiso Zwane co-facilitated one of the most exciting and thought provoking workshops on “Ethical leadership in the World of Work” in Rosettenville, Johannesburg from the 26-27th November 2013. The workshop was organized by Ecumenical Service for Socio-Economic Transformation (ESSET), one of the ecumenical organizations that have a long history of advocacy for socio-economic justice in South Africa.

The workshop was attended by church leaders from a wide range of denominations including Methodist, Congregational, Lutheran, Pentecostal and African Initiated Churches. The leaders were deeply challenged by the discussion on Ethical leadership in the World of Work and committed themselves to address the issue in different forms and modes within and outside of the church.
